In the district court last Friday Judge Hazen heard a motion for alimony in the divorce case of Sallie A. Zirkle against Emery I. Zirkle. He awarded the wife $15 a month for the support of herself and child, while the suit is pending, and also ordered $25 attorney's fees paid to each of the lawyers, CA Starbird for the plaintiff and David Overmeyer for the defendant.
