Co. Phelp's Regiment Mo. Volunteers, was enrolled on the
6th day of December, 1861, at Rolla, Mo, 6 months 
and is reported: present, on roll dated Dec 31, 1861, 
Jan & Feb 62 to April 30, 1862 are not on
file.  He was mustered out with Company
 as 1st Sergeant, May 12, 1862 at Springfield Mo.
